The holiday home Tramonto sul Castello di Poppi is located in Poppi and offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills and mountains. The 140 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 4 to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office on request, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and TV. Private parking is available on site.



The private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a barbecue. Guests also have access to a large garden of over 2,000 m², shared with the owners who live upstairs. An outdoor spa is available on request for an extra fee, as well as a hot tub. Families with children are welcome (crib available on request), and there is a playground nearby. Up to 3 dogs are allowed for an extra fee; please note the owners have a small dog living on the property. Extra linen and towel changes and additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.



The property’s electricity is generated by solar energy. Energy consumption is included up to a set limit; any excess will incur an extra fee. An electric vehicle charging station, bicycle rental (for an extra fee), and storage for motorcycles and bicycles are available. Locally produced honey can be purchased on site. The train station for Arezzo is 2 km away, and the bus stop for Florence is just 30 m away. The property follows recycling rules, with more information provided upon arrival.
