This newly-refurbished 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot is available upon request.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a 150m2 open terrace. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open in the summer season) and a garden, is also available for your use. Enjoy relaxing views over the sea, the mountains, and the nearby lake while preparing a healthy meal for your family!

A parking space is available in a garage.

Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee.
