The apartment features a private outdoor area with a balcony and a shared outdoor area including a fenced pool, garden and open terrace. The pool is open from 10:00 to 21:00, with quiet hours at midday to respect the neighbours.



Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome, but pets are not allowed. The property has no steps inside, making access easy.



Late check-in (after 22:00) can be arranged on request and is available for an extra fee, payable in cash upon arrival. Please note that there may be governmental regulations regarding water usage during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
