The house is located on the slope of a ravine, away from the rest of the buildings. The access is through a flat path, very comfortable and conditioned. The approximate distance to the road is about 100 meters. The environment is very beautiful, in the middle of nature. There are many routes in the surroundings for hiking. It is only 5 kms from the Cruz de Tejeda by royal roads and one kilometer from the Barranco de La Mina. The house has a terrace area with solar shower and hammocks. Covered grill area to cook outside and have a good time. The distribution is as follows: large kitchen, bathroom, auxiliary bedroom with two single beds, master bedroom with double bed and another bed of 90 and large living room with dining area. The property features a whirlpool that fits 5 people.

Las Lagunetas is a very quiet village, with few neighbors and charming. Nearby there are restaurants, stores, church, and hiking trails for walking, jogging or cycling. From the house itself you can make routes to the Roque Nublo, the Cruz de Tejeda, El Garañón and enjoy nature.

Once the stay is over, guests must take away the garbage generated during their stay.

Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed.

After 22:00 hours, it is not allowed to make noise that could disturb the neighbors.
