Just a few minutes' walk from the pedestrian zone and thus in the immediate vicinity of numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities, pure relaxation awaits you!

The living and dining area of the apartment, furnished in a convincing blend of alpine style and modern living ambience, is cleverly divided: The dining table with ample seating is located at the front, directly opposite the cleverly integrated, open kitchen. The rear area is all about comfort: a sofa with two armchairs and a large TV promises cozy evening hours. Two balconies can be accessed from this room, both of which are equipped with seating.

The kitchen in our "Alpenambiente" vacation apartment is equipped with all the necessary utensils. Ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, toaster and of course a dishwasher are at your disposal. Of course, there is also a fridge and a microwave.
Up to 4 people can be accommodated here on around 75 square meters. Two bedrooms with a double bed and closet provide plenty of privacy. One of the bedrooms even has a TV and direct access to the balcony.
The spacious bathroom of the vacation apartment is equipped with a shower and a double washbasin.
A free underground parking space is available for your stay. Please note that the underground parking space is planned according to the old standard and may therefore not be suitable or narrow for large SUVs. Parking in the garage is at your own risk.
