The property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), fan, washing machine, dryer, game console, TV, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and high chair are also available.



The private outdoor area offers a garden, balcony, playground, and outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a heated pool, open terrace, covered terrace, and barbecue. The elevated position of the home ensures spectacular sunset views, as well as vistas of the two "charcos" lakes and Mount Teide.



The pool is solar-heated, so water temperature depends on sunlight. One parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Pets and parties are not allowed.
