The 50 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, dryer, TV, as well as books and toys for children. A crib is also available.



Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, open and covered terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. The elevated location ensures exceptional views of the sunset, the two "charcos" lakes, and Mount Teide.



Public transport is less than 5 minutes away, and Hoover Beach is a 15-minute walk. There is a parking space on the property and free street parking.



The pool is heated by solar energy, so its temperature depends on the amount of sun. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property does not have air conditioning.
