Nestled in the rolling hills with stunning views stretching all the way to Syracuse, this holiday home boasts a private pool. The simple furnishings don't compromise on comfort; the house offers many amenities to ensure a successful holiday. Enjoy views of the 1,700 sq m garden or the vibrant sunsets from three verandas. A glass of local wine is a must. A barbecue is also provided. Floridia is a small town in the province of Syracuse on the east coast of Sicily. Founded in 1628, it is characterized by a typical Mediterranean landscape. The sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the beautiful rocky coastline are about a 20-minute drive away. Nearby activities: The unique city of Syracuse is just a short drive from your holiday home. Even in antiquity, it was considered very powerful and was once the cultural center of the Greeks. Even today, especially on the 40-hectare island of Ortygia, the heart of the old town, you'll find many reminders of this special city's long history, for which you should set aside a day. A trip to the Vendicari Nature Reserve, about 40 kilometers away, is also highly recommended. This area boasts a mix of lagoons, sand dunes, rocky coastlines, and sandy beaches, offering a diverse array of flora and fauna. Don't miss the Baroque town of Noto, which was almost completely destroyed by an earthquake in the 17th century and subsequently rebuilt. Accessibility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pool access is available from April 1st to October 31st, 2026. Upon request, pool access is possible before April 1st, 2026, for an additional fee. A security deposit of €300 is payable in cash (refundable on departure day).
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. High chair on request. No dog allowed. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. German-speaking support. The deposit must be paid in cash.
