Private vacation home
About This Property
This almost hundred-year-old stone house with its raw wooden beams and stone walls has a charm all of its own. Here you can sit in the semi-shade of the pergola and relax after an eventful day in the surrounding area. At the back of the house, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the hilly Corsican countryside.
The house is conveniently located in relation to the Mare a Mare hiking trail, which starts at the beautiful beach of Cupabia. The paradisiacal Plage d'Argent beach, which stretches south of the Gulf of Ajaccio, is just a few kilometers away and invites you to jump into the turquoise, crystal-clear water and relax on the white sandy beaches and snorkel and dive along the cliffs.
The capital and port city of Ajaccio, the birthplace of French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, is ideal for a longer day trip. Porticcio is approx. 22 km away and is also worth a visit. The small coastal town offers good restaurants and tourist attractions such as boat trips to Bonifaccio or to the fantastic rocky bays of Piana. Discover the wonderful white beaches, where you can stroll along and watch picturesque sunsets.
Also visit the nearby charming town of Pietrosella with its ancient architectural heritage.
For nature lovers, there is a large wooded area that stretches from the village to the sea.
