Villa 'Le Sughere' in Riparbella offers guests stunning views of the Etruscan Coast and Tuscan islands.



This impressive three-story property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an additional toilet, and accommodates up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, and TV.



Outside, enjoy a private fenced pool, landscaped garden, covered veranda, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a badminton court.



The pool is open from March to November. In March, April, May, October, and November, pool heating is available for an extra fee. The pool is maintained at an ideal temperature for outdoor swimming.



Set on the scenic hills of Val di Cecina, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the villa is a short distance from the village of Riparbella.



Three parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is provided on site.



Families with children are welcome. A crib and high chair are available on request.



Pets are allowed for an extra fee, maximum 2 per stay. An electric vehicle charging station is available.



Groups of young people are not permitted.



Guests with children and those with reduced mobility should note there are numerous steps throughout the property.



Beach and pool towels are provided.
