The living area also has a foldable wall bed (2 m x 0.80 m x 2.00 m) suitable for two persons. Additionally, there is a separate room equipped with a sofa bed (1.20 m x 2 m). The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet, and towel warmer. In the hallway, a wardrobe and a closet provide ample storage.

Smoking and pets are not permitted. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. Parking is included, with specific dimensions for the double-parking system. Guests are advised to park at their own risk.
