Apartment

Casa Molinero is a welcoming apartment located in a two-family house. The main home is occupied by the owners and their small dog, but the guest apartment is completely independent.

The apartment offers:
• Two bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed, the other with two single beds.
• Living/dining room with kitchenette, equipped with a 2-ring induction hob, small oven, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.
• TV: German digital satellite TV with HDMI connection.
• Private terrace with built-in barbecue (cleaning fee of €35 if you prefer not to clean it yourself).

👉 Tourist tax: from age 16, €1 per person/day for the first 7 days.
👉 The pool terrace (with sea view) and the pool are also used by the owners.
👉 Car required.

Up to two small dogs (max. 10 kg) are allowed by prior arrangement, at no extra charge.
The terrace is fenced.
The property must be left broom-clean and with rubbish removed. We reserve the right to increase the cleaning fee if this is not respected.

The pool is fitted with a built-in corner bench, a counter-current system, and massage jets.
The water treatment is done without chemical tablets, using a modern electrolysis system.
👉 The water is lightly salted, gentle on the skin and eyes.

The apartment is officially registered as a holiday home with the Catalan government under the number HUTG-015763. You can verify the address by searching this number on the Generalitat’s official website.
