Casa Arsini is a renovated stone house located in the village of Dračevac, 8 km from Poreč and the sea. It was built at the end of the 19th century and completely renovated in 2020 with modern and rustic furniture. It is situated on its own 250 sqm plot and offers its guests a jacuzzi, sun loungers, large covered terrace with seating and private parking for 2 vehicles.
Table tennis is also available for guests and the landlord lives nearby.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people with a 120m2 living space on two floors. It consists of a spacious air-conditioned living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a double room with a french bed, 1 bathroom with a shower in the hallway, a twin room with a shower/toilet and another double room with its own bathroom with a shower/toilet.
