We recommend a visit with tasting in one of the wineries in Montepulciano and a picnic at Lake Chiusi. You can reach Lake Trasimeno in 30 minutes.

Chianciano is the city of water baths and your accommodation is located on the 'path of water', an ideal route for trekking and mountain biking.



The covered terrace with pergola offers you the most beautiful view over large parts of the great Italian countryside. The wooden ceilings, exposed beams and the small fireplace in the living room conjure up a cozy and relaxing athmosphere.
