Tourist tax in Oberstdorf: (as of 2024)
Persons 16 years and older: €3.80 per day (from December 20, 2025: € 4.70 per day)
Children/youths 12-15 years: €3.15 per day (from December 20, 2025: € 3.90 per day for children/youths 9-15 years)
Children under 12 years are free (from December 20, 2025: children under 9 years are free)
For tourist tax calculation we need the names and dates of birth of all fellow travelers!

house roules/price information:
All basic prices are for 4 people (off-season 3 people) and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning.
Each additional person +30€/night, in off-season +20€/night.

Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 7 nights!

Please take the following surcharges/discounts into account:
- Surcharge for short stay <6 nights: + 90€

You will receive the binding total price from us with an inquiry or booking by email.

· We accept booking requests for less than 7 nights during the shoulder-season at the earliest 4 weeks in advance – or if there are gaps in bookings.

· Bookings during the high season are only possible on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals during the shoulder-season are only possible on Saturdays (except at short notice).

Deposit & payment conditions:

A general deposit of €200 is charged for this property.
You must transfer the deposit up to 14 days before arrival together with the remaining payment - and it will be transferred back to you within seven to ten working days after departure.


Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
