The holiday apartment Bilocale Prunalbois located in Castiglion Fibocchi, in a strategic position between Valdarno, Casentino, Arezzo and Val di Chiana. This apartment is part of the Poggio Primo farmhouse, located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the Pratomagno valley. The structure, dating back to 1800, is an old farmhouse. It is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are available for an extra fee. A table tennis game and a shared laundry room are also available on the property.

The apartment is part of the farmhouse Poggio Primo, a typical Tuscan country house, runned by Marini's family.

Please note that the kitchen is equipped with a portable electric induction cooktop. For safety reasons it is indeed forbidden to have the gas cooktop inside the building. The boiler is located outside the property.

The property gives access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool (open from mid-May to September, please note that opening periods may change depending on weather conditions), a garden, a barbecue, a playground, and an outdoor shower.

Free guided tastings are offered, with the possibility of purchasing local products on site. The perfect location to get to Arezzo's Christmas markets. It is possible to do wine and oil tastings, and winery tours.

Air conditioning is not necessary as the property is well-ventilated.
