This beautiful charming cottage features an open plan living room (with a double pull-out sofa bed), a modern fireplace (for those cold yet cosy winter days), Satellite TV, fitted kitchen and stunning floor to ceilings french door opening up to a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the majestic scenery over Bellagio's promontory and the three branches of Lake Como! A picture-perfect postcard view hard to forget!
The kitchen offers all mod cons, including dishwasher, microwave, a large fridge and freezer, kettle, American as well as Italian coffee machine and toaster to name but a few.
The modern luxurious bathroom boasts a bath tube with glass shower and a washing machine. An organic bathroom courtesy set is also provided.
The spacious master bedroom fitted wardrobes and large mirrors (iron and iron board are also included).
Guests will benefit from a gorgeous lush oasis, a beautiful roof terrace (with dining table and chairs as well as modern sun-loungers) with truly breathtaking views.
Private parking available onsite.

A welcome drink and complimentary sun loungers are additionally offered to all guests at the renowned RiverSide Beach Bar and Restaurant (within 5-7 minutes walking distance), one of Lake Como’s most picturesque and idyllic place for relaxation, sunbathing and swimming, as well as sipping a fine glass of wine or refreshing cocktail.. an added valued touch to ensure just the perfect holiday experience!
Property’s pets-friendly policy:
- Pets must not be left unattended.
- Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
- Pets must comply with local legislation requirements.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pet on property and in the neighborhood.
- Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests, local residents, and/or neighbors are not inconvenienced.
- Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.

• Wood : available at the local supermarket (or advanced purchase upon request)
• An extra fee for heating usage could be requested during the winter months based on consumption.
