The 50 m² property consists of a cozy living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.

Furthermore, a table tennis table and gym equipment are available on the property.

House rules: No barbecues on the terrace, no smoking inside the apartment, respect rules of coexistence and noise within the community. No pets.
