This 180 m² property consists of a living room, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include an osmosis water filter, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, dryer, and cable TV. A cot and a high chair for children are also available.

Smoking is allowed inside the building, except in the dining room and bedrooms, where it is not permitted. The property offers parking for motorcycles and bicycles, and there is free parking for several cars directly in front of the house.
