Kitchenette in the living room (15 sqm) with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Separate toilet (5 sqm) with 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (9 sqm). Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (9 sqm). Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
