The apartment is circa 43 m², the main entrance hall has all rooms leading off it, including the bathroom which has a walk-in corner shower, wash basin and a toilet in the same room.

The apartment is quite well equipped, the bathroom has a fixed position hairdryer, the kitchen has facilities for cooking including a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.



The main living space is an open plan layout with kitchen, dining facilities and lounge area with direct access onto the balcony which faces out to the front of the property. The apartment is on the second floor accessed via the stairs.



The apartment has central heating to keep to warm in winter and has lots of openable windows for ventilation in the summer months.

A private parking space at the property is available for use, directly at the building which makes it convenient for packing up and unpacking when you arrive by car or motorcycle.



It is a short drive to the Kitzsteinhorn ski lift, and also to the Maiskogel ski lift.

Zell am See is around 10km travelling by road.



There is a ski room with boot dryer in the basement.



You can reach the town of Kaprun with its Restaurants and Bars in less than 15 walking minutes.
