Located in Dicomano, the 'Poiana' apartment is part of the Universal Harmony agriturismo and offers stunning views of the Mugello mountains. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight guests.



Your private outdoor area includes a garden, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. You also have access to a shared outdoor space with a large fenced pool and a covered terrace.



The holiday home is set in a picturesque environment, about 25 minutes from Lake Bilancino. The surrounding area offers activities such as billiards, horse riding, and tennis. Florence is about an hour’s drive away.



Five parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not currently available. Guests under 18 are only accepted if accompanied by adults. Local products like olive oil and chestnuts can be purchased at the nearby farm. Yoga classes and massages are available on request. The property follows recycling rules; more information is provided on site.
