Son Perot is a large natural stone finca for 10 people and is located in the middle of a dreamlike park with many palm trees near Maria de Salut. The finca is a year-round house, ideal for travel groups or large families. Separate large indoor swimming pool with 15 m heated indoor pool and separate whirlpool bath. Price 1500 per week, we need to know at least 5 days in advance. Clients must pay separately on arrival in cash.



The finca is fantastically equipped. Upon entering the house, you stand in the large living hall with piano and comfortable sofas to relax on. The entire house is bright and light-flooded with a typical wooden beam ceiling. Next to the living hall is a modern white fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped and offers space for an extendable dining table for up to 10 people. On this floor there is also a guest toilet and a double bedroom with en suite shower room and access to the terrace. On the first floor of the finca there are 3 more bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and the third bedroom has 4 single beds. All bedrooms have their own bathroom en suite. A dreamlike finca.



Outside, Finca Son Perot has beautifully landscaped terraces around the house with seating furniture and a large outdoor barbecue. Around the finca there is a garden of approx. 4000 sqm for the private use of the holiday guest. The outdoor pool of approx. 4 x 8m is surrounded by a well-kept lawn and 10 sun loungers with umbrellas. From the house you walk to the neighbouring large indoor swimming pool, which is really a feast for the eyes. The swimming hall has a massive wood-beamed ceiling and a large dining table. Here you will find the 5th bathroom.



The finca stands with other buildings on an area of approx. 300,000 square metres. The neighbouring house of the owner remains unused when guests are on site. Somewhat separately, there are employees of the owner who take care of the maintenance of the large estate. There are also many horses, sheep and peacocks on the finca, which you are welcome to visit. There is even a small forest for walks. Cyclists can use a fully equipped bicycle workshop including tools. Finca Son Perot is a house with high recreational value. Book it and simply enjoy your holiday!
