Beautiful country house for 8 people; Jardi is ideal for families or groups of friends in a very quiet location near Cala D'Or, Mallorca. Cala D'Or has a pedestrian zone full of restaurants, cafes, bars with live music, shops, and boutiques. There are also several sandy coves such as Cala Gran, Cala D'Or, and Cala Esmeralda in Cala Ferrera. The small villages of S'Horta and Calonge, with local shops, a bakery, and excellent restaurants, are about 2 km away.

Casa Jardi is a beautiful two-story country house in a classic style with spacious rooms. The outdoor area is very spacious with a large garden featuring a lawn and tall palm trees. From the main entrance, the entrance hall leads to the lower level with a guest toilet and a spacious living room with access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Next to the living room is the dining room. On the other side is the kitchen with a breakfast table and access to the pool area. The ground floor has two bedrooms; The master bedroom has a charming rustic feel, a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to the outside. Adjacent to this bedroom is the laundry room, which also has outside access. The second bedroom offers two single beds and an en-suite shower room. From the entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and French doors opening onto a partially covered terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area and the pool area. The other bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has access to the terrace from the hallway.

The outdoor area is spacious and beautifully landscaped with pine trees, an old wild olive tree, and a large, well-maintained garden with lawns and tall palm trees that provide welcome shade on the hottest summer days. There is plenty of space for children to run and play. Behind the living room is a large covered terrace with a seating area, as well as a table and chairs for dining. The centerpiece is the beautifully curved pool with a partially submerged decorative stone in the middle. Surrounding the pool is a spacious sun terrace with a decorative fountain and sun loungers – the perfect place to relax and enjoy long, sunny summer days. In one corner of the terrace is another covered area with a built-in barbecue, a sink, and a table with benches for al fresco dining. The courtyard is gated, and there is parking on the property.
