The Villa Chiara, which is situated in Castelvetrano, overlooks the nearby sea. It is the ideal accommodation for families who want to relax, away from traffic and congested areas, but still close enough to different points of interest and city/town centers. This 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (room with double bed and 1 room with a double bed and two single beds) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as satellite TV.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Enjoy relaxing sea views while preparing a homemade meal for your family!

The villa is located 100 m to the beach (part of which is free and part of which features lidos), 10 minutes by car to Selinunte Temple, 30 minutes by car to Sciacca, 40 minutes by car to Agrigento and 1 hour by car to Palermo. Aloha Beach is located 50 meters from the property, where you can eat, drink and rent a beach spot. It is also possible to rent sports equipment on the beach. From Marsala, you can easily reach the Egadi Islands.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
