About This Property
'Sea view 15.' Our beautiful penthouse is located in Strandpark Großenbrode, high above the rooftops of the south beach. Here you can enjoy in every season the unobstructed sea views and the luxury of our apartment. Have breakfast on the rooftop terrace in summer, relax in the whirlpool in winter and end the evenings in front of the fireplace - here you can forget the stress of everyday life and relax!
The prices are for 2 people, each additional person pays 8, - € per night.
The Kurabgab must be paid locally in our office in the house 'Möwennest'.
Security deposit is due in advance. This will be refunded after departure.
Bed linen, towels and firewood can be ordered at the expense of the responsible Objekltverwalter.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
The apartment with parquet floor has in the kitchen a coffee machine by DOLCE Gusto, waffle maker, kettle, modern dishes, casserole and div. Films. In addition, there is an electric grill for outside.
We offer a great view a quiet relaxing ambience in a central location, undisturbed by pedestrians or parking lot users in front of the terrace.
There is a permanently installed safe. A small balcony in the bedroom completes the facilities.
The apartment is located in the 4th. Upstairs. The balcony faces south.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with environment maps, magnifying mirror, first aid kit, clothes horse, sunscreen / blackout blinds, hi-fi system with iPod, iPhone connection and a clock.
From May to September, a beach chair is available free of charge.
A bicycle storage room is available for our guests free of charge! Here two bicycles can be placed free of charge. The owners of the penthouse apartment offer their guests two women's bicycles and a men's bike 28 '' tire size for rent. The rental and the payment of the rental fee (cost: 3 days = 20, - € / per bike, 7 days = 35, - € / per bike - prices without guarantee) takes place on site in the office of apartment & sea in the house 'Möwennest' ,
