The property gives access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Please, consider that the pool is not available between October 1st and March 31st.

Free parking is available on the street. Private parking for motorbikes is available on the property.

Groups of young people are not allowed.

Stairs have to be climbed to access the property.
