The spacious living and dining area, extensive open-plan kitchen, guest WC, and two bedrooms with ensuite showers are located on the villa’s ground floor. From the living room, guests can walk directly onto the terrace with its large sun awnings and spend many relaxing hours there. There is a second terrace with awnings directly adjacent to the kitchen and yet a third terrace by the pool. In fact, there is a private spot for everyone in this fully air-conditioned house! Located in the hills of Les Issambres, the driveway to the house is very steep!

The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are in Saint Aygulf, only a five-minute drive away. Les Issambres (about 10 minutes’ away by car) is a small Provençal seaside resort situated between the coastal towns Saint-Aygulf and Sainte Maxime. In summer, guests can discover numerous restaurants and boutiques here, as well as a lovely weekly market every Monday. It is also an ideal starting place for several diverse excursions, such as a shopping expedition in Saint Tropez, kayaking in the Verdon Gorge, or a leisurely stroll through the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, considered one of the most beautiful villages in France.
