Located in the village of Lengmoos near Klobenstein/Collalbo, the holiday studio 'Sallrain Hof Monolokal 4' offers you a fantastic location. The 20 m² accommodation consists of a living area with kitchen, a queen-size bed, and a separate bathroom, and accommodates 2 people. Amenities include heating as well as satellite and cable TV. You have access to a shared outdoor area with garden, barbecue, and playground. From the lawn or outdoor area, you enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains.



The stately farmhouse from the 11th century is situated at 1,100 m above sea level on the sunny high plateau of the Ritten, the local mountain of Bolzano, in the heart of South Tyrol. Quiet, surrounded by greenery and yet centrally located, the farmhouse offers an impressive panoramic view of the Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the village of Lengmoos. The accommodation is only a 10-minute walk from the center of Klobenstein and is close to the Rittner earth pyramids, public transport (Rittner narrow-gauge railway, bus stop), a speed skating rink (10 minutes on foot), and the Rittner Horn ski area (4 km away). An outdoor pool and a swimming lake are also nearby. From May to November, you can fish at the property's lake. The accommodation provides the Ritten Card free of charge, allowing you to use public transport among other benefits.



There are 4 parking spaces available on the property. Pets (dogs only) are allowed for an additional fee. Children are welcome. Wi-Fi is available. Please note that no heating is possible in summer (June, July, and August). It is recommended to bring warm clothing.
