Modern townhouse with communal pool close to the beach Casa Claudia Conil is a modern townhouse in a beautiful, car-free complex with a large communal swimming pool that is open all year round. The complex offers a magnificent garden with bougainvillea plants, banana and coconut palms. The complex is characterised by its ideal, quiet location within walking distance of the beach Playa Fontanilla with its popular beach bars and not far from the romantic old town of Conil. There is also a supermarket a few metres up the road to cover your daily needs. The house was renovated at the end of 2021. It offers space for 6 people. On the ground floor there is the living/dining room and the separate kitchen as well as a guest toilet. The living room has satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: Washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, orange juice press and Nespresso capsule machine are available. In front of the kitchen, you will find a small patio. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two modernised bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (one 1.80 metres and one 1.60 metres) and one bedroom with two single beds. In one bedroom there is also a desk. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower, the other bathroom has a bathtub. The house has a terrace with pool view, gas barbecue, relaxing furniture and dining table as well as a small garden. The house is fully air-conditioned and with the air-conditioning you can also heat, so that the house can be used all year round. Casa Claudia Conil has fibre optic internet and WIFI. The roof terrace offers a great pool view and is equipped with an outdoor shower and lounge furniture. An underground parking space is available for free. The communal pool is open from Easter week until the end of October.
