It is located in a quiet place and thanks to the equipment, it is an ideal place for a family holiday in Poreč. On the 1000sqm plot of land, guests have an open 36m2 pool with sun loungers and parasols, a covered terrace with a large table and benches for meals in the open and well-kept garden available for common use. Covered parking for several cars is in front of the house.
Apartment Marea 2 for 2-4 persons is on the ground floor of the house, with a 39m2 living space and consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people with an exit to the terrace with garden furniture, a separate kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom shower/toilet. Air conditioning and WiFi are available and included in the price.
