With beautiful views, "Villa La Blanca" is located in Arona.



The property consists of two independent floors, one on the ground level and one upstairs. To move between them, you use exterior stairs along the house. The villa accommodates eight guests, with four on each floor. The ground floor features two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, a guest toilet, and a bathroom.



Upstairs is the main living area with lounge, dining room, and kitchen, plus two double bedrooms—one with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is another bathroom next to the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Next to the lounge is a covered terrace with sea views.



The outdoor area is completely private and includes a heated pool (max depth 1.60 m, min 1.30 m) with an approximate temperature of 29°C. There are also two open terraces, one with a lit pergola, barbecue, and gas griddle. All terraces offer lovely sea views. The property also has a garden and parking for two cars with electric gate.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge, washing machine, dryer, and cot. Both floors have a TV. There is also a ping-pong table and a safe with key on each floor.



Families with children are welcome. Pets and parties are not allowed. Beach and pool towels, as well as a hairdryer, are provided. A tennis, padel, and pickleball club is just meters away. Car rental is available.
