The Villa la Pergola is located in Scopello and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. The main part of the villa is situated on one level (ground floor) and consists of a kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a sofa bed in the living area (for 1 person). The other 4 beds are in an independent apartment but attached to the structure. This apartment contains a sofa bed for 2 people, a masonry kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a small closet and a bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people. Up to 6 guests can be accommodated in the main part of the villa, if the property is booked for more than 8 guests the second apartment will also be used. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool (open from June 15 to October 15), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower.

Within a radius of about 25 km you will find famous points of interest such as Castellammare del Golfo, San Vito lo Capo, Segesta, Erice, Macari, Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
