The villa is located in a cooler, breezy and quieter part of town. The property is ideal for those who want to enjoy the proximity to the sea and San Vito Lo Capo in general, but avoid being too central in the more crowded part of the city (especially in summer).

A parking space is available on the property (this parking space does not require a pass, as would normally be required to park in San Vito lo Capo). Families with children are welcome. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is not available.
