The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 2005, was renovated in 2020, and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Poreč, district Kukci, 63 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The apartment is located in the settlement Kukci only 3 km from the beach and the center of Porec. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.
