The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 2005, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for use: sunshade, sunlounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. Dog meadow.

Location
Poreč, district Kukci, 63 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The apartment is located in the settlement Kukci only 3 km from the beach and the center of Porec.Kukci is only a stone's throw away from Porec, a small shop and restaurant 5 minutes on foot, large supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

Poreč: tennis 1000 m and dog beach, minigolf, horse riding, fishing, diving, water sports, boat hire, mooring each 3 km.
