Private vacation home

The house is only about 235m away from a sandy beach. It is situated on a big garden , about 6300qm.

800 qm of this garden are for the holidays house. the garden is quite sunny. Outside on the terrasse is a table for 6 persons.
2 sleeping rooms with double bed, 1 sleeping rooms with 2 single beds in the living room there is a TV and the stereo.
the center of Porto Vecchio is only in a distance of about 3 km and the first supermarkets are in a distance of about 900m.
Down on the beach is a sailing school where you rent material or really learn .
In winter time you can use the furnace in the living rooms. in all other rooms there is a heating.normaly even in November and december you can eat outside


beach: you can reach the beach by a little way without cars only for pedestrians.
out of the main saison there are nearly no persons on the beach and the water is really clear. You can see fishes...
After this beach you have some ather little beaches , that you can reach by feet.
Depending of the sea, you can go there on the beach or in the water.
On the fitst beach down by the house, you can go to the surfing/ sailing school to learn or just to rent some boards or boats.
