The ground level is impressive with bright open living space and floor to ceiling windows allowing spectacular views, equipped with contemporary furnishings, a fireplace, top of the line kitchen facilities and a dining table seating 18, all with an access to a large 300 m2 terrace with a heated pool and sun loungers. The upper levels occupy eight ensuite bedrooms, fitness activities, a game room and access to balconies, ideal for admiring sunsets. Ninth bedroom is part of a separate apartment with its own entrance, a private bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed making it a perfect choice for those opting for extra privacy.
With nine bedrooms 18 adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two additional beds can be provided, increasing the occupancy to 20 guests, supplemental charge may apply.
Brela is a lovely town along the Makarska Riviera. It features one of the most popular beaches in the world, Punta Rata. Despite this attraction, the town is less touristy than some of its larger neighbors, with calm waters and beautiful pebble beaches, making it a popular destination among families. We recommend an easy excursion to nearby islands as well as a trip to the bustling Split for an array of restaurant options and boundless shopping. Come and see for yourself why the Adriatic is the most prized holiday destination.
For transparency: please account for 3000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host (4000 euro from December 23 - January 5) and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pool heating is complementary.
