Located in Roccastrada, the country house Etrusco offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. It is a typical Tuscan farmhouse located halfway between Siena and Grosseto in the municipality of Roccastrada, renovated in 2016. All flats are part of a single house with large open spaces very close to places of great historical interest, landscape and food and wine.

The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. Firewood for the fireplace is provided.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a covered terrace and a barbecue.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The swimming pool is open from April 1st until September 30th. In the communal garden area there is a stone-built barbecue for the use of all the guests of the entire property.

The property comprises 27 hectares. Immaculate woodland and rows of vineyards and olive groves are the natural setting, producing an excellent wine and olive oil. There are hiking trails for you to enjoy.

You can have a nice meal at the restaurant ” Casa Mazzoni” on the premises.
