In the living room there is a high-quality leather sofa bed for 2 people. Children's bed and travel bed and a high chair are available. The bathroom has a shower bathtub, a WC, spacious sink and a washing machine with a dryer. Furthermore, there is a TV, hifi system, radio alarm, hair dryer and iron. The spacious roof terrace is located facing the south. Parking is possible on Stephanstraße, pets not welcome, not ideal for older people and handicapped individuals. There is no elevator available.
