Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the street in front of the house and a parking space in the locality (distance 10 m).

Kitchen in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area, electric cooker (induction hob, 2 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
