The 70 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (there is an additional external bathroom near the pool) and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a pool table is available for your use.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a jacuzzi, a garden, a children's pool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The property boasts an excellent location 1km from the city centre. Pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and tobacco shops are situated about 300m from the holiday apartment. The village station is just 2m away.
