A few steps away from the beautiful lakefront of Toscolano Maderno, situated on the ground floor of a beautiful private house, we offer 'Casa Matisse', a spacious flat that can accommodate up to three people.

The apartment's interior spaces consist of a fully equipped kitchen, a small and cosy living room, a double bedroom, a second single bedroom and a bathroom with shower, while the exterior is complemented by a lovely porch and a portion of a green private garden.

There is a free parking space on the road and there is the possibility of finding several public car parks in the area, one can also comfortably move around on foot or by bicycle given the proximity to beaches, public services/ferries, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and first services in general.

Additional services include a washing machine, internet connection, SmartTV, towels, bed linen, heating and a cot with high chair (on request); pets are not allowed and waste separation guidelines are provided.
