Charming finca for 2 people between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Finca Tessa is a well-maintained, bright holiday home with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms.
Finca Tessa is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in a rural area, only about 3.5 kilometres from the beach and about 5.3 kilometres from the harbour. The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with stunning views of Pollensa Bay and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit every taste and budget. The long sandy beach has good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sun lounger hire. The shallow entry makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.
The beautiful old town of Pollensa is approximately 2.9 km away. It has an extensive pedestrian zone with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, and during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life unfold in one of the cafés on the central Plaza Mayor.
The area around Pollensa is equally popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike thanks to its challenging mountain routes. Everyone can find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses to choose from in the surrounding area. A wide range of water sports are available in Pollensa Bay, which is particularly popular with surfers and sailors.
Finca Tessa is a charming holiday home with views of the surrounding countryside and the peaks of the Serra de Tramontana. The finca is modern and decorated in light colours, offering plenty of space for 2 people. It has a cosy living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.
Finca Tessa has a beautiful outdoor area with a pool measuring approximately 7 x 4 metres, surrounded by lawns and a sun terrace. The house has a large covered terrace with lounge furniture and a dining table. A covered carport is available for guests.
Children are welcome, and a cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
Pets are not permitted.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms is controlled by a timer with set times.

The minimum stay is one week, but individual extension days are possible outside the main season.
