The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a newly replaced fridge, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities newly installed flooring, brand new interior tables and chairs, include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden and 2 covered terraces. The garden has been newly illuminated, and modern outdoor flooring has been installed. Additionally, all outdoor furniture is brand new.
