Located in Magliano in Toscana, the holiday apartment Il Tiglio is part of a Tuscan farmhouse and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The farmhouse currently produces local products, such as wheat, barley, fodder, oil and honey, in about forty hectares of land on the green hills of the Tuscan Maremma. This 60 m² property consists of an eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. A large shared living room with the other apartments of the property and a table tennis game are also available. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in the living room), heating, a fan as well as satellite TV.

Your private outdoor area includes a barbecue and a gazebo. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a fenced pool (shared with 6 other apartments and open from mid-May to mid-October), a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.

Besides relaxing in the peace and quiet of the Maremma countryside, there are various itineraries you may want to follow: visits to the Maremma Natural Park, the whole coastline from Argentario to Castiglione della Pescaia, the Etruscan necropolis. You can visit many beautiful wine cellars that exist in the "Morellino di Scansano" area, as well as restaurants where you can taste typical Maremma dishes.

A parking space is available on the property.

Pets are allowed upon request for an extra fee.

During the winter months, there is an extra heating fee to be paid on-site.

A high chair is available for an extra fee per item per stay.

A shared laundry room with a washing machine is available on-site for a fee.

This property has strict recycling rules. Please check with the homeowner about these upon arrival.
