You can enjoy the proximity to the beach, located just above a small beach and near the stepped beach area along the waterfront.



Pets are welcome, and smoking is allowed in the apartment. Events are not permitted on the property.



The apartment is positioned in the northern area, closest to the sea and within walking distance of the city center. Nearby bars and restaurants are easily accessible, with a supermarket just 5 to 6 minutes away. Street parking with blue lines is available, and a weekly pass can be purchased for an extra fee. Bed and bath linens are provided. Strict recycling rules apply based on provided calendars. Please leave the kitchenette and sink clean and collect dirty linens. Cleaning service and car rental are available for an extra fee.
