About This Property
The chalet "La Casa de Madera", located in Calafell, boasts views of the nearby mountain and is located in a very quiet area, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday or a few days of peace and quiet with your partner. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, so it can accommodate up to 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fan, washing machine and Smart TV with Chromecast. The villa has a private outdoor area with garden, uncovered terrace, covered terrace, plastic pool (open from 15 June to the end of September) and barbecue. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away (6 km). Free parking is available on the street. Pets, groups, parties and events are strictly forbidden. Check-in is only available for guests over 25 years old.
At check-in a cash deposit must be paid in cash, which will be returned at check-out when the property is checked if everything is in order.
In the summer season until the end of October the air conditioning must be activated by means of a meter in which coins must be inserted.
Our accommodation is committed to the environment and therefore we ask for a rational use of water and electricity.
The chalet boasts a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a plastic pool (open from 15th of June until the end of September), and a grill.
The beach is just 10 minutes away by car (6km).
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets, groups and parties are strictly forbidden.
There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises.
Check-in available only to people over 25 years old.
The AC has to be activated through a counter in which coins haver to be inserted.
