Beautiful country house with private pool and big garden This comfortable country home is located just outside the heart of Conil de la Frontera. Its main villa and adjacent cottage sits on a 2000 sqm plot with a private pool.
In the main villa, you’ll find the living room with a fireplace and seating-area with two large sofas, a modern stainless steel kitchen, master bedroom with double bed (160 cm) en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and bathroom with a washing machine.
In the cottage you’ll find the third bedroom and two double beds (140 cm each), a smaller living area, a kitchenette, and a full bath with tub and a second washing machine. In the garden there is a covered front terrace connected to the villa, a large BBQ-area, several relaxing seating areas placed where you can sit in the sun or seek the shadow for a while, as well as a large roof terrace with great views across the beautiful countryside landscape, the pine forest and the ocean.
Location: Casa Las Mariposas is located in the rural Mayorazgo, just 2,5 km from the beach and 4 km from the town Conil the la Frontera in the Cadiz region of Andalucia. Supermarket, pharmacy, gas station and local medical center are also just under 4 km away.
