Modern terraced house with private pool close to the beach Casa Hibisco is a modern townhouse with 3 bedrooms and a private swimming pool. It is located at just a few minutes walking distance from the beaches of La Fontanilla and Fuente del Gallo. As you enter the house you find yourself in the open-plan living-dining area with comfortable sofa, air conditioning and WiFi Internet access. The large kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, dish washer and induction stove. Both the kitchen and the living room have access to the spacious terrace and elongated 10 x 2,5 m pool with lovely wooden decking. To the side of the terrace there is a gorgeous, mature hibiscus tree, who gave the house its name. there is a gas barbecue to enjoy the food of the region. One of the three bedrooms (with 2 single beds and ensuite shower room) can be found on the ground floor. An open wooden staircase (not safe for small children) leads to the first floor. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed (150 cm) and a large ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and separate shower and toilet. This room has a balcony with nice views of the sea.The second bedroom has an anteroom with a sofabed and a double bed in the room itself. Thanks to the large windows the room is bathed in natural light. A steep staircase leads to the roof terrace with delightful views of the coastline. The other half of this semi-detached house is called Casa Adelfa and has two bedrooms. For a party of 10 you may want to book both houses together and leave the door open which connects the two terraces.
